Technical Team Lead

We are looking for a Technical Team Lead who welcomes engineering, team management and maintenance tasks. The primary focus will be to implement and enhance user interfaces and features together with automated unit and integration tests. You will be working with our candid and collaborative team, mentoring and managing the team as needed, where your knowledge and advice about application architecture and the newest web technologies will be highly appreciated. The code you write will need to be cleanly organized and of the highest quality. You\u2019ll also help ensure solid application performance and excellent user experience. Requirements Responsibilities: Developing new features and user interfaces from wireframe models Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application Fixing bugs and performance problems Writing clean, readable, and testable code Coordinating and managing developers, designers, and the rest of the project team to deliver well- architected and high-quality solutions. Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years of experience with web development using React, JavaScript or Python Experience managing and leading technical teams Proficiency in Java/JavaScript Frameworks Node JS. Proficiency with writing automated tests. Proficiency with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking. Experience with profiling and debugging applications. Proficiency in working with Python, Kubernetes and Dockers. Proficiency in working with Source Code (Git, SVN, Mercurial). Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in working with Maps and ETL Understanding of GIS concepts (OpenLayers / PostGIS) Cloud Experience (AWS, Azure) Candidates will have experience working in React, JavaScript and PostGreSQL with experience in ETL will be preferred. Candidates with experience in the Telecom and or Utility Domain will be preferred.
