Senior Finance Manager

Our client is a JV between an MNC and a large Indian business conglomerate.

They have recently invested in a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit near Dundigal, Hyderabad.

Senior Manager Finance and Accounts.

Reporting to the Director -Indian operations, we are looking for YOU to lead the entire F&A department.

Key Responsibilities

❖ Execute the financial strategy of the company.

❖ Manage financial controls and accounting procedures.

❖ Ensure full transparency about the financial performance of the company.

❖ Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs.

❖ Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks promptly.

❖ Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained. ❖ Support the Business Head with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans.

❖ Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required.

❖ Manage IT – SAP related

❖ Should be able to manage & plan all the financial requirements of the company

❖ Must possess a level of technical acumen & experience in finance & building predictive models.

Overall responsible for the total management of Finance, Accounts, MIS, and Taxation.

Qualification & Experience ❖ Education:

A qualified Chartered Accountant with 12-15 years of experience, preferably with plant and corporate experience.

❖ Knowledge of Indian and US Taxation
