Senior Finance Executive

Responsibilities and Duties
Preparing the day-to-day accounting (AP, AR, JE etc) along with applicable taxationResponsible for monthly Invoicing and AR management for the companyHandle Accounts Payable to ensure correct accruals and payment within credit periodMaintain reporting accuracy for monthly financial statements (P&L, BS and Cash Flow Statement)Coordinate with respective stakeholders like consultants, CA, CS for GST, Income Tax and ROC / MCA compliancesPerform Bank Reconciliation and Interest Calculations for OD/CC accounts on regular basisMaintain accurate Inventory / Stock record on monthly basisUpdate work-related trackers on regular basis

Our growing company is looking for an experienced and resourceful Senior Finance Executive. A candidate will be responsible
and accountable for performing end-to-end execution of bookkeeping, accounting, GST, TDS and MIS.The position will be responsible for ensuring accuracy of the monthly accounting & reporting of financials.

Requirements and Qualifications

➢ Commerce Graduate with 2-3 years’ experience in CA firm or in an Indian company

➢ Hands on experience on Tally is a must. Experience in QuickBooks, Zoho Books will be an added advantage

➢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

➢ Coordinating with various stakeholders for implementing required activities

➢ Persuasive and goal-oriented

➢ Team handling experience is an added advantage

➢ Excellent analytical and time-management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
