Senior Finance Consultant

As a Senior Finance Consultant at Index Infotech, you will play a crucial role in implementing Epicor ERP system from a finance perspective. You will work closely with CFOs and Finance Directors to understand their accounting requirements, streamline business processes, and ensure successful deployment of Epicor into various companies. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze, design, and deploy EPICOR ERP solutions focusing on Financial best practices. - Document Financial processes, procedures, and system changes for knowledge transfer and compliance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, ensure smooth outcomes, and provide excellent customer experience. - Provide training and support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. - Stay updated on Epicor best practices and trends to enhance system utilization. - Travel as required by the project. - Mentor and lead junior team members. Qualifications & Skills: - Strong educational background in Finance (MBA/ ICWA/ CA) or relevant finance experience. - 8+ years of consulting, business application training, or customer support experience in the software industry. - Prior experience with customer site implementations. - Experience with ERP products like MS Dynamics, Navision, Sage, Baan, IFS, SAP B1, etc. - Knowledge of Epicor's enterprise applications is preferred. - Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of advising C-suite executives. - Familiarity with ERP systems, automation tools, and digital transformation strategies. - Ability to lead large-scale operational change initiatives and drive organizational improvements.
