Were looking for a

Senior Facebook Ads Media Buyer with 3+ years of experience

to join our performance marketing team. This role is dedicated to

lead generation campaigns for affiliate offers

, with a strong focus on scaling in markets like the

US, UK, Australia, and beyond

. Youll be responsible for the full cycle of campaign execution from strategy to creative to optimization driving consistent, high-quality leads at scale.

What Youll Do

  • Plan, build, and scale Facebook ad campaigns focused on lead generation (not e-commerce).
  • Write compelling ad copy, guide creative direction, and test variations to improve performance.
  • Collaborate on landing page strategies and funnel optimization to maximize conversion rates.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audiences across multiple campaigns.
  • Implement and monitor advanced tracking setups (pixels, UTMs, Voluum, RedTrack, Binom, etc.) for accurate attribution.
  • Analyze campaign data daily and translate insights into actionable strategies for higher lead quality and ROI.
  • Stay updated on Facebook policies, affiliate marketing trends, and regional compliance requirements.
  • Mentor and support junior buyers with campaign setup, copywriting best practices, and reporting.

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience running Facebook Ads for lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong ability to write and test ad copy that converts across global markets (US, UK, Australia, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success scaling campaigns while maintaining profitability.
  • Expertise in campaign tracking tools (Voluum, RedTrack, Binom, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of audience targeting, bidding models, and funnel optimization.
  • Creative and analytical mindset comfortable testing ideas and making data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with funnel-building/automation tools (ClickFunnels, Mailchimp, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills with leadership qualities.
