. We maintain unified standards and processes globally while embedding designers directly within product teams for deep collaboration and contextual expertise. What You Will Be Responsible For

SimCorp Experience Designers balance

craft mastery with strategic thinking

. We seek designers who can:

• Navigate between high-level strategy and detailed execution
• Translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable interfaces
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive stakeholder consensus
• Take ownership of projects while contributing to our collective design practice
  

What We Value

Drive design for significant product features while mentoring junior designers. Contribute to design system development and cross-team collaboration.

Design Excellence

• Lead design for major features and product improvements
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications
• Ensure designs meet accessibility and usability standards
  

Mentorship & Collaboration

• Mentor experience designers
• Contribute to design system and pattern library
• Participate in design critiques and peer reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development
  

Process Improvement

• Contribute to design process documentation and improvement
• Share knowledge through internal presentations and workshops
• Support hiring efforts through portfolio reviews and interviews
• Represent design in technical architecture discussions
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years of design experience in product or enterprise software
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
• Background in user research and testing methodologies
