Senior Executive/Manager - Sales & Marketing

Role Overview: As the Senior Executive / Manager - Sales & Marketing in the Elevator Industry based in Pune, you will be responsible for leading sales and marketing activities in the Pune region. Your primary duties will involve client pitching, strategic presentations, sales closing, market analysis, relationship management, and marketing strategy execution. Key Responsibilities: - Client Pitching & Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential B2B clients in the real estate, architectural, consulting, and corporate sectors to generate new business opportunities for elevator installations and maintenance contracts. - Strategic Presentation: Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and technical demonstrations to key decision-makers, showcasing the value proposition of Navkar Metal India. - Sales Closing & Negotiation: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract finalization, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Market Analysis: Conduct detailed research on the competitive landscape, pricing trends, and customer needs specific to the Pune market. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels and repeat business. - Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to execute local marketing initiatives and campaigns that enhance brand visibility and lead generation in the designated territory. Qualification Required: - Experience: 5-7 years of dedicated experience in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management within the Elevator, Escalator, or related vertical transport/construction equipment industry. - Location: Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate immediately with strong familiarity with the Pune real estate and industrial market. - Industry Knowledge: In-depth technical understanding of various elevator types, maintenance services, and industry regulations. - Communication: Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English, along with excellent communication skills in Marathi/Hindi for local client engagement. - Professionalism: Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and presentation abilities. - Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Business Administration/Marketing preferred.,
