Job Description

Project Manager - Architecture Metalworks

Location- Mumbai - ( can relocate)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee architectural metalwork projects from start to finish. This role requires a strong understanding of metal fabrication and construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. The Project Manager will be the main contact for clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Oversight:
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resources. Oversee design, procurement, fabrication, and installation.
Monitoring & Control:
Track progress, budget, and address issues. Manage project documentation (RFIs, change orders). Conduct site visits for quality and safety.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Main contact for clients, architects, and contractors. Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts.
Quality & Safety:
Ensure adherence to industry standards, building codes, and safety procedures. Conduct quality inspections.
Financial Management:
Track costs, manage budgets, approve invoices, and handle change orders.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. PMP certification is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 7-8 years of project management experience in architectural metalwork, curtain wall, glazing, or custom fabrication.
Proven success in delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and metal fabrication techniques.
