Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Executive – BD (Sales & Marketing) to drive business growth, strengthen brand visibility, and build relationships with corporate clients, government bodies, and travel aggregators. This is a dynamic role for a results-driven professional who thrives in the fast-paced world of hospitality and MICE.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales & marketing strategies to grow MICE bookings.

Build and nurture strong client relationships.

Manage MICE inquiries and bookings with tailored solutions.

Represent VUI Hospitality at trade shows, conferences & networking events.

Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth event execution.

Conduct market research & competitor analysis.

Create impactful proposals, presentations & contracts.

Lead digital marketing campaigns (social, email, content).

Track leads & KPIs through CRM.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

3–5 years of proven experience in sales & marketing (hospitality/MICE preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM & digital marketing tools.

Ability to travel for client meetings & events.
