Job Description

We are hiring for our Global Business Services (GBS) Finance & Accounting team. The ideal candidate will support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Record to Report (R2R) processes with strong accuracy, timeliness, and process understanding.

Key Responsibilities • Perform daily AR activities including billing, cash application, reconciliations, and follow-ups. • Support R2R tasks such as journal entries, month-end close, accruals, and ledger review. • Ensureaccuracy in financial postings and compliance with internal controls. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies. • Maintain SLA, quality standards, and timely reporting.🔸Requirements • Experience in F&A (AR / R2R / GL) processes. • Stronganalytical and communication skills. • Ability to work in a GBS environment with high attention to detail. • Knowledge of ERP tools (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics preferred).📩ApplySend yourresume to: Govind.sharma7@teleperformance.com
