Job Description

Looking for a skilled Senior Executive- Talent Acquisition to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a strong background in IT services.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably in IT services.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with recruitment software and tools.
