Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end hiring for tech, non-tech, sales, warehouse, and category roles. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Build a strong talent pipeline across functions (Tech, Sales, Category, OPS, Warehouse, Finance, etc.).
Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and offline networks.
Implement effective hiring strategies for niche and senior roles.
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Provide weekly hiring updates and ensure alignment of expectations.
Guide junior recruiters when required.
Maintain structured interview processes and candidate tracking.
Ensure great candidate experience through timely communication.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and data accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:

3–5 years of recruitment experience (B2B, FMCG, or startup hiring preferred).
Proven experience hiring for Tech + Business roles.
Strong sourcing and networking skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle pressure and close multiple roles with speed.
