We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage bulk hiring requirements for our Bangalore operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume recruitment, excellent sourcing strategies, and strong stakeholder management skills. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role with high visibility in a growing organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end bulk hiring process for various departments (Telesales & service etc.). Source and screen large volumes of candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives. Coordinate and conduct walk-in interviews, job fairs, and recruitment drives. Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline to meet monthly hiring targets. Liaise with department managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, etc.). Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain ATS and recruitment dashboards accurately and in real-time. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2 to 5 years of experience in bulk/mass hiring, preferably in BPO, retail, or high-growth startups. Proven ability to meet high-volume hiring targets within tight timelines. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring campaigns simultaneously. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Nice to Have: Experience with campus hiring and onboarding. Fluency in regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu) is mandatory. Knowledge of labor laws and compliance in India. Why Join Us?
