As a Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition at Ketto, you will play a crucial role in the Human Resources department by overseeing the full-cycle recruiting process. Your primary responsibility will be to source candidates through various channels, plan interview and selection procedures, and develop long-term recruiting strategies to create strong talent pipelines for the company's current and future hiring needs. Key Responsibilities: - Determine selection criteria based on job requirements - Source potential candidates through online channels such as social platforms and professional networks - Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews - Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details - Design job descriptions and interview questions to align with each position's requirements - Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent - Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events - Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department - Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role - Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks - Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods - Prior experience in IT and non-tech Hiring - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,
