Job Summary:

Senior Executive Talent Acquisition

This role requires excellent sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of the healthcare and service industry hiring landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for

    healthcare professionals

    (BAMS, BHMS, MBBS) and

    non-IT roles

    like operations, customer service, sales, marketing, etc.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels job portals, social media, headhunting, networking, employee referrals, etc.
  • Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and follow up for feedback.
  • Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures within defined TATs.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for critical and recurring roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, reports, and ATS tools.

Must-Have / Non-Negotiable Skills:

  • Minimum

    3–5 years

    of relevant experience in

    non-IT recruitment

    , preferably with experience hiring for

    healthcare roles

    .
  • Proven experience sourcing

    doctors – BAMS, BHMS, MBBS

    and related healthcare professionals.
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. MBA in HR is an added advantage.
  • Experience working in healthcare, wellness, staffing, or similar industries is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
