The Senior Executive - Soft Services will oversee and manage the delivery of non-technical, people-centric services within the organization, ensuring a high standard of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
This role involves coordinating cleaning, security, hospitality, and other support services to maintain a safe, comfortable, and professional workplace environment.

About the role:

Manage day-to-day operations of soft services including housekeeping, security, catering, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and front office reception.
Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services & handle vendor contracts, negotiate terms, and manage service level agreements (SLAs).
Coordinate with internal departments to address specific soft service requirements and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain records related to soft service activities, expenditures, and vendor performance & support budget planning and monitor expenses related to soft services.
Lead, train, and supervise the soft services team to ensure effective execution of responsibilities.

About you:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
5-6 years of experience in managing soft services within corporate, hospitality, or facilities management environments.
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to soft services.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
