How You’ll Make an Impact

• Prioritize TDS details, ensure timely tax payments, address inquiries, prepare 15CA, capture TDS certificates, reconcile with Form 26AS.
• Prepare data for Transfer Pricing Audit for all related party transactions, Work with tax auditors and close the yearly Tax audit as well as Transfer Pricing Audi
• Acquiring vital information from respective departments related to computation of Advance Tax
• TDS recovery on expenses reconciliation for tax audit purpose

What You Bring

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Direct Taxation
• Validation of information ahead of filing the tax return for the SGRE entities
• Filing of quarterly withholding tax returns and updating default appearing on in the tax portal.
• Obtaining withholding tax certificates from the portal for vendors and transmitting them to the vendors
• Periodical monitoring and validation of TDS data before making the payment for SGRE Power, Projects, EC including other group companies & Subsidiaries
• Creation of vendor code, purchase orders and GRN for tax service providers
• Preparation of details for Income tax and withholding tax assessments, related queries.
• Assistance in filing income tax and tax audit related returns.
