Senior Executive Purchase

We seek a strategic and result-driven purchase specialist to oversee our departmental requirements. The candidate will individually lead cross-functional teams to identify sourcing opportunities, negotiate contracts, implement process improvements, coordinate maintenance activities, manage the raw material Purchase, Manage System.

Job Responsibilities:

• Draws Insights from market and data analysis and provides recommendations and action plans to achieve desired results for sourcing initiatives.
• Leads cross-functional teams to drive Identification of sourcing opportunities and requirements, Including desired outcome, constraints, and implementation.
• Lead contract negotiations for favourable terms and conditions, including pricing and risk mitigation while partnering with internal stakeholders to drive desired results.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Provides leadership and coordinates daily purchasing.
• Cost reduction through the development of alternate suppliers and alternate materials.
• Preparation of requests for quotations to suppliers and making Purchase Orders
• Coordinating and following up on schedules, deadlines, and delivery dates from suppliers.

Qualifications

• Must have B.E. / B. TECH degree, or related field.
• Must have Knowledge of SAP/ERP.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
