Job Description

Role: Executive HR Experience: 4 5 Yrs We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Specialist to manage training and development, audits, compliance, legal and administrative functions, and industrial relations. The role involves independently handling various audits, ensuring compliance with labor laws and government regulations, overseeing contractual agreements, coordinating employee training, supporting customer system audits, and fostering strong relations with local authorities and blue-collar employees. A. Handling Training Development B. Capable for independently handling Various below mentioned Audits and documentation and Compliance part. Certified internal auditor. Responsible for ISO 13485. Responsible for ISO 14001:2015. Responsible for ISO 45000:2018. Responsible for ISO 48000:2018. Responsible for IATF16949. As per define procedure made training document. Time to time update procedure as per the standard requirement. Play supporting role to MR. (management representative.) Represent HR team for Customer system audit. According to training calendar plan arrange trainings. C. Legal Compliance, Legal: Contractor Monthly compliance checking. (PF & ESIC) Contractor compliance register. Support to the CS-Red Court work (Notary & other registrations work.) MLWF Return. Contract Agreements. Guest house agreement. PAN card for Overseas employees. Aadhar card for Overseas employees. Deal with Government agencies. Giving Statistical data to the Gov. authorities. D. General administration: Hotel room booking, Cab booking, guest and visitor arrangements. Transport arrangements. Canteen arrangements. Security arrangements and deployment. Interviewing. Contractual manpower arrangements, deployment. 24 X 7 help desks for all employees. Petty cash management E. IR (Industrial Relations.) :– Maintained good relations with the local gram panchayat authorities. Actively participated in the Government officials Meeting and debates as representative of Kingfa on various issues like Traffic, Water, Electricity and Security. Maintained good relations with the nearby villages with the help of CSR activities. Grievance Management. Maintaining relations with the blue-collar employees Must have Qualifications: Master’s degree in HR, Business administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR, with at least 4 - 5 years of experience. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
