Job Summary: We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Packaging Development Coordinator to support New Product Development (NPD) and ensure seamless coordination of packaging specifications across departments. This role will be responsible for maintaining live documentation and packaging specifications on the HTF platform to support effective decision-making and procurement execution, while also contributing innovative solutions to operational challenges. Key Responsibilities: 1. HTF Packaging Library Management: -Develop and maintain a comprehensive packaging library on the HTF platform, ensuring visibility and accessibility for internal stakeholders. 2.BOM Coordination & Documentation: -Ensure accurate and complete BOM forms for all new closures and NPD projects are shared with both the plant and the sales team. -Guarantee that each form contains detailed specifications required for seamless procurement and production execution. 3.Repository Management: -Maintain an up-to-date packaging repository on the HTF platform, aligned with real-time changes in packaging development. -Ensure that the repository supports a clear and streamlined view for the sales and procurement teams, enhancing efficiency and clarity. 4.Market Awareness & Problem Solving: -Stay updated with current market trends and innovations in packaging solutions. -Proactively identify alternatives or improvements to address existing bottlenecks faced by the plant, offering practical and efficient packaging solutions.
