Airoli, Maharashtra, IndiaTo execute the role of Product Stewardship - Senior Executive, managing Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) aspects of Clariant products across their life cycle, in close collaboration with upstream and downstream users.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and other product safety declarations/certificates for global customers.
- Ensure legally compliant reports based on product compositions, raw materials, and regulatory data.
- Evaluate, maintain, and archive product safety-related data in SAP systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across global functions.
- Track and monitor regulatory changes globally.
- Analyze the impact of regulatory changes on Clariant products.
- Support the optimization of global product stewardship processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Stewardship/Regulatory Affairs.
- Hands-on experience with MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets).
- Must have experience with European regulations – REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation & Restriction of Chemicals) and CLP (Classification, Labelling & Packaging)
- Proven stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
