Master Planner (Production Planning)

Job ID: 40090 | Location: Airoli, Maharashtra, India The purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient planning, scheduling, and coordination of production processes at the Bonthapally plant. Responsibilities Plan production for Bonthapally plant and toller site. Using SAP APO-PPG (Advanced Planning and Optimization - Production Planning Group), including raw material procurement and purchase decisions. Schedule production based on resource availability and product specifications. Ensure tolling agreements are valid before issuing PR (Purchase request)/PO (Purchase order) for manufacturing. Lead Sales and Operations Planning to ensure timely product supply and optimal plant capacity. Review Raw Material plans, adjusting schedules as needed based on lead times. Review export order reports weekly and provide material availability dates. Report on monthly production vs. plan and analyze any variances. Lead discussions to optimize inventory levels and meet targets. Oversee the supply of trading materials to Bonthapally plant, coordinating with Procurement
