What You’ll Do

People Experience & Culture

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities

Promote company values and workplace culture through day-to-day practices

Coordinate feedback loops (surveys, one-on-ones, team check-ins)


Learning & Development

Support training programs for service staff and team leads

Track skill-building and development metrics

Help implement performance review cycles


Onboarding & Communication

Deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new hires

Maintain internal communication channels and celebration calendars

Coordinate with cross-functional teams on culture-building projects


HR Coordination & Support

Assist in Hiring, documentation, attendance, and HRMS data (HROne or similar)

Ensure timely resolution of employee queries and concerns

Work closely with the HR Team for execution of people-focused initiatives
