Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Inventory Reporting
Maintain trackers and reports for daily/weekly sales, SOH, Planning vs Actual, and Sales vs LR. Reconcile inventory and coordinate monthly stock gap reporting and analysis (e.g., 30/31 closures). Track dispatch vs GRN and ensure shipment records are accurate and timely. Perform data compilation, updates, and verification on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Order & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate PO, NOC, and POC communication across Amazon, Flipkart, PROZO, and Q-Commerce. Follow up on Alpha Closers, vendor appointments, shipment issues, and fulfillment exceptions. Resolve BIC mismatches, receiving discrepancies, and SO vs LR mismatches.

Documentation & Data Management
Maintain operational logs, shipment data, and records in OneDrive and ERP systems. Update inventory, planning, and order logs in coordination with internal teamsand external partners. Ensure consistency and accuracy across order entry, reporting, and documentation.

Marketplace & Platform Operations
Ensure proper mapping and execution of 1P, 3P, and Quick Commerce order processing. Manage backend execution on platforms such as Vendor Central, Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Unicommerce. Update 3P data sheets and marketplace trackers for Amazon, Flipkart, and PROZO coordination.

Reporting & Analysis
Create dashboards for planning vs actual performance and operational KPIs. Contribute to process improvements, audits, and real-time exception handling. Analysed gaps in inventory and sales performance, and recommend corrective actions.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, filters, etc.)
  • Familiarity or ability to quickly learn:
  • ERP systems
  • Vendor Central / Seller Central
  • Flipkart Seller Hub / Unicommerce
  • Strong coordination, communication, and time management skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in handling 1P Alpha & 3P FBA operations
  • Exposure to 3P warehouse coordination and last-mile delivery support
  • Strong stakeholder management across marketplaces and internal teams
