• Agreement Management

  : Draft and manage

  agreements and SLAs

  , detailing pricing, quantities, specifications, and delivery terms.

• Cost Savings & Budget

  : Drive

  cost-saving initiatives

  , monitor spending across categories, and ensure alignment with budget targets.

• Supplier Relationship Management

  : Build strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring

  continuous improvement

  through regular feedback.

• Reporting & Analytics

  : Establish and maintain comprehensive

  reporting systems

  , ensuring accurate and timely MIS and KPI updates for procurement activities.

• Market Awareness

• Point of Contact

• Performance Tracking
