Job Title-Senior Executive

Department-Sales & Marketing

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented candidate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence in the assigned territory. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, understand consumer behavior, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will play a key role in helping us achieve our business goals by identifying new opportunities, executing effective sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.

Market Research & Intelligence:

  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities. Provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Sales Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to specific market conditions. Identify growth opportunities and new customer segments.

Customer Service & Issue Resolution:

  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure a seamless customer experience.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Maintain accurate sales records, prepare detailed reports, and provide regular updates to management on performance, pipeline, and forecasts.

Promotional Campaign Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and trade marketing initiatives at the ground level.

Territory Coverage & Field Visits:

  • Ensure regular visits to clients, distributors, and retail outlets to maintain strong market presence.

Requirements and Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience in FMCG or a similar fast-paced consumer industry.

Key Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM tools is a plus
  • Fluency in local language(s) is an advantage
