2. Campaign & Brand Management: Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, print media, and events. Ensure campaigns are targeted, effective, and adhere to brand guidelines. Strengthen and maintain the companys brand identity in the real estate market. Ensure consistency in messaging, visual elements, and positioning across all marketing materials and platforms.
3. Lead Generation: Design and implement strategies to attract and convert potential buyers, sellers, and investors. Utilize online and offline tactics to generate high-quality leads and enhance the companys client base.
4. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics within the real estate sector. Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize performance.
5. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team. Provide guidance on best practices, set objectives, and evaluate performance to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
6. Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the marketing budget. Allocate resources efficiently to maximize return on investment and achieve marketing goals within budget constraints.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Preferred candidate profile:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is advantageous.
Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in the real estate industry.
Demonstrated success in managing marketing campaigns and driving business results.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends and real estate software s.
Capable in monitoring digital marketing tools and strategies (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and design.
