Key Responsibilities

Driving sales growth in Maharashtra
Generate new inquiries and convert them into confirmed orders
Coordinate with vehicle operators for timely dispatch and delivery
Maintain accurate documentation for shipments and transport activities
Manage CRM systems for client follow-ups and service tracking
Ensure timely follow-up on payments and resolve billing issues
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related business field
4–5 years of proven experience in road transport marketing or logistics operations
Strong understanding of truck-based cargo and container transportation
Proficiency in CRM tools and documentation processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Familiarity with transport regulations and documentation standards
