Enablement Functions: Marketing Designation: Senior Executive - Marketing Experience: 2 to 5 years Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (CHN) Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Content to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content across a variety of marketing collaterals, in alignment with our brand voice and tone. A key focus area will be crafting compelling content for marketing and internal PowerPoint presentations, including both on-slide messaging and speaker notes. This role involves researching, reviewing existing materials, and distilling key messages into impactful presentation content. The candidate will also support internal communications—such as emailers, posters, and social media posts—along with other related collateral. Prior experience in digital content development (e.g., social media, infographics, landing pages, websites) or a strong understanding of content marketing will be an added advantage. Responsibilities: Develop clear, concise, and engaging content for marketing and internal PowerPoint presentations. Research topics, synthesize information, and identify key messages for various communication needs. Support internal communications by creating content for emailers, posters, social media, and other internal marketing materials. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and style standards. Optimize content for user engagement and cross-channel consistency. Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to gather inputs and refine messaging. Skills: 2 to 5 years in the Content writing Domain Bachelor’s degree in Communications / Content Development / Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience (2–5 years). Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to conduct independent research and develop content across various channels. Experience in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations tailored to different audiences. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 2-5 years of relevant experience as a Presentation / Graphic designer with broader experience working in a B2B organization, showing general business acumen and an understanding of the digital world. Intimate knowledge of presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Prezi, and Keynote. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is preferred.
