Enablement Functions: Marketing Designation: Senior Executive - Marketing Experience: 2 to 5 years Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (CHN) Job Description: At LatentView Analytics, we believe that visual storytelling is paramount to communication. As a Presentation/Communication Designer, we expect candidates to show capability in upholding brand standards while creating effective, dynamic, and well-thought-out internal and external presentations suitable for multiple formats (e.g. PC, tablet, mobile). Responsibilities: Translate strategic direction to visualize and develop innovative, high-quality decks that meet LatentView’s business and brand goals. Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams and stakeholders for a wide range of decks for sales pitches, event presentations, webinars etc. Obtain input from management, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately. Craft stories that are simple, bite-sized and easy to digest for our audience, working under the principle that “less is more”. Design templates and layouts and will be able to follow strict brand guidelines. Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout. Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve deck design capabilities. Document, track, store, and report the progress of projects, across all key milestones and develop. Track industry and market trends to make recommendations for the evolution of the LatentView brand. Skills: 2 to 5 years in the Grpahic Design Domain Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Presentation / Graphic designer with broader experience working in a B2B organization, showing general business acumen and an understanding of the digital world. Intimate knowledge of presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides, Prezi, and Keynote. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is required. Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Time and stakeholder management skills to meet deadlines and expectations in a fast-paced environment. 2-5 years of relevant experience as a Presentation / Graphic designer with broader experience working in a B2B organization, showing general business acumen and an understanding of the digital world.
