Position Title:

Department: Learning & Development

Exp- 3-5 Years

Qualification:

Location: Frazer Town, Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

a) Learning Design and Instructional Methodology:

  • Apply instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, Blooms Taxonomy) to structure end-to-end learning interventions.
  • Customize learning paths for diverse learner personasexecutive, mid-level, junior staffbased on business functions and outcomes.

b) Learning Technology, Analytics, and Digital Enablement:

  • Develop and maintain a digital-first L&D ecosystem by leveraging Learning Management Systems

    (LMS),

    mobile-based platforms, AI-enabled learning tools, and knowledge repositories.
  • Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) for seamless course delivery, tracking, and reporting.

c) Curriculum Development and Content Management:

  • Design and develop engaging, role-based curriculum using blended learning models (e-learning, instructor-led, VILT, on-the-job training).
  • Integrate multimedia, real-life case scenarios, and interactive content to enhance retention and application.

d) Learning Delivery and Facilitation Oversight:

  • Oversee training delivery for in-house and external sessions, ensuring consistent quality and learner engagement.
  • Flexibility to travel across regional offices for L&D purposes (Facilitate/ training delivery/ Co-ordination etc).
  • Co-ordinating & collaborating with the SMEs/ SPOCs.

e) Assessment, Evaluation, and Continuous Improvement:

  • Implement robust evaluation methods including Kirkpatricks Four Levels to measure training effectiveness.
  • Conduct post-training impact assessments and ROI analysis.
