Graphic Designer

Job Description:

Designation- Graphic Designer (Adobe InDesign Exp is a must)

Location- Frazer Town, Bangalore

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative process from concept to execution for various projects, including print, digital, branding, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team to develop and execute design strategies that effectively communicate brand messaging and engage target audiences.
• Generate creative ideas and concepts for campaigns, promotional materials, and brand initiatives. Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance the brands visual identity across all platforms and touchpoints, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and timelines.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, offering constructive feedback and fostering their professional development.
• Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to create cohesive and impactful designs that meet project objectives.
• Review and critique design work to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and aligns with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies. Implement innovative design solutions and techniques to keep the brand relevant and fresh.
• Occasionally interact with clients to understand their needs and present design proposals.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelors degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a creative agency or in-house design team with Adobe InDesign.
• Proven portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and expertise.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
• Familiarity with design software and technologies - Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Coral Draw, 3DS max, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects,
• Adobe Premiere Pro, Auto CAD, Autodesk Maya, Microsoft Office etc.
