Job Description

As an IT Systems Administrator at Lemnisk, you will play a crucial role in managing Active Directory, Group Policy Management, and DFS Management. This includes working with technologies such as Microsoft Windows Server Datacenter 2019 R2, Internet Information Server (IIS), Windows DNS / BIND / Named, and Active Directory / LDAP. Your responsibilities will also involve diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Active Directory, Group Policy Management, and DFS Management using technologies like Microsoft Windows Server Datacenter 2019 R2, Internet Information Server (IIS), Windows DNS / BIND / Named, Active Directory / LDAP. - Provide multi-level support for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues. - Administer infrastructure components such as firewalls, databases, malware protection software, and other processes like Sophos Security Firewall, Aruba, Sonicwall. - Create software update groups, deploy monthly patches following the Change process, and monitor patching status using tools like Manage Engine Patch Manager service Tool. - Possess experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management. - Familiarity with operating systems and platforms including Microsoft Windows, Mac, and Linux. - Respond to threats and security incidents within the organization, raising user security awareness in technological areas. - Manage resources, budget approval, user accounts, access control on Windows Microsoft Server 2019 Server, and provide day-to-day administration and support for stability, integrity, and business continuity. - Ensure application packages and operating system images are up to date, plan for necessary hardware or software upgrades, maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation, and perform maintenance on application servers on-prem and in the cloud. - Handle software licensing related to Microsoft Windows 10, 11, Office, Teams, and Tally. Qualifications: - 4-5 years of relevant experience. - Bachelor's degree in Computers or a related field. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this role.,
