Senior Executive Influencer Marketing – Oyela


We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes influencer culture — especially in fashion. If you understand creator psychology, know how to drive visits (not vanity metrics), and can turn affiliate creators into consistent revenue engines, this role is for you.

💼 What You’ll Do


● Scout and onboard high-potential affiliate fashion creators who fit the brand and campaign goals.

● Analyze creator pages to identify best-fit products, hooks, and content themes that can drive max visits. ● Maintain strong relationships with creators to ensure smooth coordination and timely content delivery.

● Manage creator product selections and shipments, ensuring all orders align with campaign timelines.

● Track performance metrics like page visits, CPV and implement weekly optimization plans.

● Hit monthly influencer-driven marketing targets with structured action plans.


🧰 What You Bring


● 1–2 years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or performance marketing (fashion preferred).

● Strong understanding of Instagram fashion ecosystem — creators, trends, formats.

● Ability to analyze creator pages and predict what will work (and what won't).

● Excellent communication & negotiation skills — you know how to work with creators.

● Data-driven mindset with comfort in sheets, reports, and performance metrics.

● Strong organizational skills — you can manage 50–100 creators without chaos.
