Senior Executive - Human Resources

Desired Profile

· Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources in a leading organization with a passion for talent acquisition.

· Excellent in networking and interpersonal skills.

· Must be a graduate.

· Familiarity with Automobile Industry will be an added advantage.

What you will do:

· Support talent acquisition process across all levels of the organization.

· Facilitate onboarding and joining formalities of new joiners.

· Drive recruiting and screening systems and procedures in order to attract qualified candidates for position vacancies.

· Support Payroll & Statutory functions as and when required.

· Prepares and submits periodic reports for management’s use.

· Desired candidate to be flexible to travel across Kerala when required.
