Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and consistency.
Partner with HR leadership, IT, Facilities, and business leaders to align onboarding with organizational priorities and workforce planning.
Mentor and support junior onboarding executives.
Track and report onboarding metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving databased decisions.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience and streamline processes.
Guide and support new hires throughout the onboarding journey, acting as a trusted point of contact and addressing queries with clarity and professionalism.
Oversee and ensure the accuracy of onboarding records, manage updates in HR systems, and prepare reports/analytics to support compliance and decisionmaking.
Ensure onboarding policies and procedures are consistently applied and updated in line with organizational standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR/shared services/onboarding roles, preferably in highvolume or multilocation environments.
Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and influencing skills.
Advanced proficiency with HRIS/onboarding tools and ability to implement new systems.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret onboarding data and recommend improvements.
Ability to manage complex, multilocation onboarding programs.
