Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven HR professional with 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing HR functions. The role involves handling the end-to-end HR lifecycle, including Recruitment, HR Operations, PMS, Employee Engagement, and Training & Development. Additional knowledge in Time Office management and Salary Processing will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for staff and workers (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).

Build a strong talent pipeline to meet present and future business needs.

Coordinate with departmental heads for manpower planning.

HR Operations & Compliance

Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee records and documentation.

Support statutory compliance, policies, and procedures aligned with labor laws and company norms.

Maintain employee data in HRMS and ensure accuracy.

Performance Management System (PMS)

Implement and monitor PMS process across departments.

Work with HODs to define KRAs/KPIs and support appraisal cycles.

Provide insights for employee performance improvement.

Employee Engagement

Design and execute engagement initiatives to build motivation and retention.

Drive cultural initiatives, welfare activities, and communication forums.

Conduct grievance handling and provide solutions in collaboration with management.

Training & Development

Identify training needs through TNI in collaboration with HODs.

Organize in-house and external training programs.

Track effectiveness of training interventions.

Time Office & Payroll (Added Advantage)

Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and shift schedules.

Coordinate with accounts/finance for monthly payroll inputs.

Support salary processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR / MSW / Equivalent.

Experience: 5–8 years in HR (manufacturing/plant environment preferred).

Strong knowledge of Recruitment, HR operations, PMS, Employee Engagement, and T&D.

Exposure to Time Office and Payroll will be a plus.

Good knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliances, and labor laws.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
