Role & responsibilities

  • Employee Onboarding & Off boarding.
  • Employee Background and Medical verification.
  • Employee Records management in HRIS as well as File maintenance.
  • Attendance and Leave Management Employee Data maintenance on HRIS System.
  • AOP Vs Actual.
  • Manpower Budgeting & Variance.
  • Project management and transitions of Management staff payroll.
  • Involvement in process improvement and documentation.
  • Handling employee queries.
  • Full & Final Settlement process Monthly Payroll Reconciliations and providing statutory reports to finance.
  • Motor Car Reimbursement, LTA.
  • Checking Investment declaration and supporting.
  • Statutory Compliance Management PF, PT, LWF, ESIC,Income tax and Bonus.
  • Manage employee Records and Salary Master.
  • Tracking Leave & Attendance and Regularization and leave encashment.
  • Knowledge of filing of ETDS returns, Form 16, Handling Compliances.
  • Adhoc MIS and other work which needs to be completed as required from time-to-time.
  • Knowledge of handling perquisite tax .
