Education : Graduate, post graduate, B.com, M.com /MBA

Age : Minimum 25 Maximum: 40

Work Location: Alappuzha

Work Experience : 5-8 years

Projected monthly salary (Cost to the Company) : 20 - 30 K

Basic Requirement:

The ability to work accurately and timely

Proficiency in computer especially MS Office ,ERP ,Excel

Better communication skill and language proficiency

Fair knowledge about GST and accounting practices.

Job Responsibility :

• Overseeing all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, and programme budgets and actual expenditures.
• Coordinating all audit activity.
• Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
• Prepare balance sheets
• Process invoices
• Consistently analyzing of financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitor progress, changes and keep senior leadership abreast of the financial status.
• Assisting leadership in the annual budgeting and planning process; administering and reviewing all financial plans and comparing to actual results with a view to identifying, explaining and correcting variances as appropriate.
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Update internal systems with financial data
• Reconcile bank statements
• Track bank deposits and payments
• Assist with budget preparation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
