JD for the position of Senior Executive Finance About us Autosys Industrial Solutions Private Limited is a company that focuses on industrial automation solutions compliant to internet of things. Industrial data analytics and decision science by comprehensive monitoring and management of an industrial setup. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) degree and possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Familiarity with Zoho Books is essential. This position will play a key role in managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Roles & Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. Prepare and maintain timely financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure accurate and complete general ledger accounting, including journal entries and reconciliations. Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis. Review and analyze accounting discrepancies and provide timely resolutions. Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely processing and payments. Conduct regular audits of financial documents and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff. Stay updated with the latest developments in accounting standards and tax regulations. Qualification & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA qualification is compulsory. Minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience. Proficient in Zoho Books and comfortable using various accounting software. Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data management. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Why us?
