Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts

Role Overview: As a Senior Executive Finance & Accounts, you will be an integral part of the finance team, where your proactive and detail-oriented approach will be highly valued. Your strong hands-on experience in general accounting operations will allow you to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Manage non-routine accounting tasks with minimal oversight. - Maintain clear and professional communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams for AR/AP reconciliations. - Generate intercompany (IC) invoices in JDE and coordinate with IC partners. - Support monthly closing activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting. - Participate in the preparation and review of statutory books and internal audit processes. - Provide necessary records and clarifications during audits. - Collaborate with colleagues, assist management in assigned tasks, and contribute to process improvements. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in commerce is required. - Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience. - Experience in a manufacturing environment is necessary. - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. - Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably JDE.
