Job Location Nagpur Roles & Responsibilities Accountable for the overall performance and increase of turnover in the respective area. Develop sales in the respective area of responsibility. Encourage a vital and productive atmosphere in the working environment. Develop trustful and relevant relationships with Customers. Conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations, as well as with global and local policies and procedures and the company's code of conduct. Elaborate market evaluation for customer solutions demand and purchasing to build up a high-quality competence network from new customers which fulfill classified USP s. Find opportunities for cross-divisional sales. Responsibilities for Business Results Year on year improvement of own turnover and margin. Number of new clients, new projects, landmark projects. Customer satisfaction index. Requirements Requirements: Age: maximum 35 years Educational Qualification: Any graduate with any specialization, MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree in business administration is preferred. Experience: Must have at least 3+ years of experience in project sales & marketing of automated hardware products, like automated lock, advanced security systems, automated doors, elevators, etc. Benefits Salary+ other benefits+ exposure of working into a completely employee friendly and corporate environment.
