Senior Executive - Engineering IS

**Role Overview:** You will be responsible for ensuring competent industrial services management and operation, ensuring optimal cost, highly efficient, quality, and sustained generation and distribution of utilities for the factory operation. This includes managing refrigeration, cooling tower, WTP plant, STP operation, hygienic air handling and compressed air, thermal, fuel handling and testing, colored waste water treatment plant, and other allied industrial service equipment & general services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Experience in multi Industrial Services engineering discipline, preferably in a food-related manufacturing environment (min 5-8 years). - Experience with factories having large built-up distributed ammonia plants (Ice Cream, Frozen Food or Freeze Drying), industrial refrigeration background, and ammonia experience. - Experience in leading/supervising team members responsible for managing the operations of boilers, air compressors, water and effluent treatment plants. **Qualifications Required:** - Demonstrated ability to ensure personnel managing, operating, and maintaining industrial services plant and infrastructure are competent to excel in their roles. - Knowledge of risk management principles, legal regulations, Nestl policies, standards, and guidelines for industrial services. - In-depth knowledge of process and machinery safety, maintenance strategy, and PM pillar tools and methodologies. **Additional Details:** You will be working with Nestl, the largest food and beverage company with a purpose to enhance the quality of life and contribute to a healthier future.
