Job Summary: The Plumbing Lead Design Engineer will be a part of an integrated, multi-discipline team and involved in Plumbing system design, detailed engineering for US Projects. The industries desirable are Advanced Technologies, Life Science, Pharma and Food or Beverage design. Experience: 12-20 Years of Experience in plumbing design. Requirements: Good understanding & Application of IPC, UPC, US Building Plumbing codes & other relevant standards. Must have knowledge on US Plumbing design codes & standards. Must have worked on plumbing systems of US projects or Industrial Projects. Fire Fighting system design knowledge on including sprinkler, hydrants (internal & external), water curtain, plant rooms and water tanks, fire extinguishers, gas suppression system, signages as per relevant standards and applicable local & international codes. Design knowledge of gas supply systems will be an added advantage. Knowledge of the HVAC system will be an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft suite (Excel). Relevant engineering/design experience in industrial/advanced technology sector/Life sciences are preferable. Engineering/ design experience in plumbing, fire protection systems Ability to interact with other engineering disciplines, clients, and vendors at all levels. Experience using REVIT in a BIM environment will be an added advantage . Excellent English level - written and spoken. Responsibilities: Organize, assign, and delegate necessary engineering and design tasks to produce construction documents in conjunction with a team of engineers and designers. Manage scope, budget, and schedule to meet project goals. Coordinate and collaborate real time with other disciplines such as electrical, structural, architectural and process to develop designs. Independently lead plant design activities as an area/system leader and coordinate with multi-discipline designers. Perform Internal plumbing system include domestic cold & hot water supply, soil, waste & venting, rainwater down takes & disposal systems based on rainfall intensity, basement drainage, subsoil drainage. Hydraulic design calculation for water supply, sewerage, and storm water system through excel sheet. The knowledge of relevant software performing the above calculations shall be preferred and given advantages including Auto CAD, Revit, BIM 360, plumbing software, SprinkCALC etc. Perform quality review checks for 2D/3D modelling. Hot water system including Hot water generator, Domestic Steam boiler and heat pump etc. & relevant design calculations as per standards & applicable code. Effective Communication with client leads in understanding & delivering the scope of work on timely manner with utmost quality. Develops designer effort-hour estimates for plumbing system. Exercise judgment in developing plans or alternatives and work with teams to assure quality plans. Provide guidance and mentoring to project engineers and designers on a project-by-project basis. Display strong communication and interpersonal skills and will work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines.

Oversee the operation and maintenance of plant utilities including HVAC, compressed air, boilers chillers cooling towers water treatment and effluent treatment system Troubleshoot and resolve complex utility and substation issue with minimal downtime Required Candidate profile Ensure uninterrupted operation and maintenance of electrical substations (11kV/33kV/66kV), transformers, HT/LT panels, and related electrical infrastructure.

1. To review URS, DQ of new equipment, system & utilities like HVAC, Water system, Compressed air, Nitrogen system etc. 2. To prepare, monitor and review of qualification documents i.e. FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ & PQ protocol and reports. 3. To review all types of area layouts. 4. To execute the facility qualification for release facility in routine use. 5. To review calibration certificate of instruments. 6. To review preventive maintenance report. 7. To prepare, monitor and review temperature mapping protocol and report of equipment and area. 8. To tracking of periodic qualification of equipment, area and inform to responsible person. 9. Prepare & review of Standard Operating Procedure. 10. Preparation & review of Quality risk assessments report. 11. Preparation of Product Quality Review Report. 12. Preparation & review of Trend report of Deviation, Market Complaint, Out of Specification, Out of trend, Return Goods. 13. Release of RM/PM/FP & Intermediates in SAP system. 14. Perform internal audits of different departments. 15. Knowledge about GEMBA walk / Walk through audit in respective department and ensure the compliance of identified observations. 16. Initiation, review, evaluation & closure of change controls as initiator or QA coordinator role. 17. Issuance, archival and control of all documents likes SOPs, MPCR, format and logbook. 18. Withdrawal of raw material, intermediate/ finished product, stability, hold time and equipment cleaning (swab) samples.

Penetrate Target F&B Customers & OEMS for Western Region. Implement route-to-market. Appoint, develop and performance monitoring of channel partners, Travel for fulfilling customer appointments on technical & commercial discussion, presentations and negotiations, as well as preparing and presenting customer proposals. Complete weekly activity reports Effectively manage on-going customer relations Support the initiatives of other departments. Key Qualifications & Requirements Education Qualification: B.Tech-Food Technology,B.Sc/MBA/B.E. Technical Competence & Skills: Ability to interact at all customer levels (user to CXO). Rich sales experience in B2B Sales for Food & Beverage and Dairy industry Experience to handle OEMs. Strong commercial acumen and experience in direct sales as well as distribution channel / after-market. Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to successfully negotiate with customers at all management levels. Ability to communicate and interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders Ability to work under pressure both externally and internally across department lines, meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple tasks simultaneously Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Proven ability to exceed annual/quarterly/monthly sales goals Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications. Responsibilities: Will be responsible for handling HVAC, water treatment plant, compressed air, handling of boiler / chiller / air compressor & ETP and pharmaceutical machinery, repairs and maintenance. Will be responsible for AMC and preventive maintainance Schedule and will be responsible for plant maintenance. The candidate must have knowledge of BMS systems, handling PLCs and also have knowledge of DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ. Keeping equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services, following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures, requesting special services will all be part of the job responsibilities Will be involved in handling all pharmaceutical machinery. Will be responsible for confirming system and product capabilities by designing feasibility and testing methods, testing finished product and system capabilities; confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes. Responsible for keeping equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; Maintain product and company reputation by complying with government regulations Develop processes by designing and modifying equipment as per the requirement and making sure the project is completed by training and guiding technicians. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Provide engineering information by answering questions and requests. Maintain system and process data base by writing computer programs and entering data. Experience with computer software, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint & Excel Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Needs to be self-motivated, cooperative, work well with others Ability to trust Team members and support Team Decisions Roadmap would be heading the engineering department.
