Expertise area : Marketplace Management ( Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, TataCliq, Myntra, Meesho, Snapdeal, Purplle)

Job Description:

Product Listing & Catalog Management - Ensure accurate listings, maintain catalog consistency across platforms
Compliance & Documentation-Maintain FSSAI, MRP, GST, EAN, expiry details, and platform norms
SKU Onboarding & Launch Management- Upload new SKUs as per launch calendar and manage event readiness
Inventory Sync & Replenishment-: Maintain accurate inventory across platforms, plan timely replenishment
Order Processing & Dispatch Fulfillment- Coordinate with warehouse/FBA/dark stores for dispatch and timely shipping
Cancellations & Returns Management- Reduce cancellations, manage customer returns & RTOs
RTO Analysis & Claim Settlements-Analyze return trends, submit weekly reports, manage claims/disputes
Platform Communication & Issue Resolution- Liaise with platform teams for support, ticket closures, PO & invoice flow
Bulk Operations & SOP Management- Handle bulk uploads, ensure accurate Excel/API updates, maintain SOPs
Growth Initiatives & Promotional Planning- Coordinate daily for offers/growth; manage Zepto ads & SKU discounts
