Job Overview

The Key Accounts Executive is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key e-commerce accounts (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra). The role involves driving sales performance, ensuring product visibility, and optimizing account management to increase revenue and market share. The executive will work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and meet business objectives

Distributors, CFA's and platforms/portals

Reporting Structure


Reporting to Sales Operations Manager

Experience


Experience of 3-5 years as E.com executive

Competencies

  • Well versed with platform/portal and ecommerce ecosystem.
  • System requirement-Hands on with excel and SAP.
  • Ability to manage multiple portals and stakeholders both internal and external
  • Competence in documentation and report making
  • Ability to meet timelines for processing orders

Qualifications

Any Graduate, PG/MBA will be an added advantage
