Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Executive – Ecommerce Operations to manage and optimise our marketplace presence across Amazon and Myntra.This role focuses on running marketplace ads, maintaining listing accuracy, resolving catalog issues, analysing performance data, and driving revenue growth through operational excellence.Ideal for someone with 1–3 years of hands-on marketplace experience, this position blends analytical thinking, execution, and coordination with internal and external teams.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Run and optimise Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
- Manage Myntra Ads with a focus on ROAS, efficiency, and visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis for marketplace advertising.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and improvement plans.
- Create, upload, and maintain accurate product listings across Amazon and Myntra.
- Ensure titles, descriptions, images, variants, and attributes meet platform standards.
- Fix listing suppressions, QC issues, and attribute-level errors promptly.
- Maintain pricing accuracy and execute deals, coupons, and promotional updates.
- Pull and analyse data from marketplace dashboards (Amazon Business Reports, Myntra Partner Portal, Ads Managers, Pricing dashboards).
- Track traffic, sales trends, conversion rates, buy-box metrics, and competitor pricing.
- Provide insights to improve ad performance, catalog quality, and sales velocity.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, inventory sync, promotions, and marketplace strategies.
- Prevent out-of-stock situations by ensuring stock-level alignment.
- Communicate with Amazon/Myntra account managers when needed.
- Build weekly reports across ads, listings, and sales metrics.
- Maintain SOPs, catalogs, and campaign documentation for internal reference.
- Present actionable recommendations to management.
- Monitor ratings, reviews, and listing health to improve conversions.
- Identify new growth opportunities, trending SKUs, and marketplace levers.
- Ensure timely price changes, deal setups, and catalog refreshes.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce marketplace operations (Amazon/Myntra required).
- Strong understanding of marketplace dashboards, ads managers, and listing workflows.
- Hands-on experience in cataloging, listing QC, and marketplace troubleshooting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and timelines.
