Job Description

Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - The Wheels - 2W/3W
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Acts as the first link of management between field staff and management. Requires strong communication and exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management. Responsible for delivering business AOP objectives for the assigned geography. Duties and Responsibilities
Principal Accountabilities

Achieve business numbers with the assigned line of channels based on location and market potential.

Manage people (off-roll)hiring, retention, and productivity.

Ensure sales governance through compliance with systems and processes.

Track, manage, and control PDD requirement compliance.

Reduce customer complaints and cancellations by ensuring no miss-selling occurs.

Utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce.com.

Effectively engage with Credit, Operations, Risk, and within 2W/3W teams.

Ensure TAT is maintained for case processing.

Major Challenges

Training of self and team members.

Hiring the right candidates.

Smooth onboarding to help employees settle well in BFL.

Smooth onboarding of new dealers/partners with BFL.

Retention of off-roll staff.

Key Decisions

Hiring of off-roll staff.

Approvals by coordinating with internal stakeholders, e.g., clearing cases.

Lead allocation.

Field activity planning and closure.

Key Interactions Internal Clients:

Interact with various internal departments (product, credit, operations, RCS, compliance) to process files.

Connect with HR department for hiring and retention.

External Clients:

Engage with customers.

Conduct market competition mapping.

Handle 45 to 70 cases MOM (depending upon location and market potential).

Required Qualifications and Experience
Skills and Knowledge

Graduate or Post Graduate qualification.

Good command of Excel is essential.

1 to 3 years of relevant experience in managing teams.

Result-oriented with a go-getter attitude.

Collaborative work style to engage with peers and colleagues across the company.

Excellent team management and interpersonal skills.

Strong communication skills.

Highly ambitious and self-motivated.
