Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - The Wheels - 2W/3W
About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive to join our Debt Management Services team, specializing in the Two-Wheeler (2W) and Three-Wheeler (3W) segments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the recovery and management of outstanding debts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the overall credit control function for our automotive lending business. Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor the collections process for 2W/3W loan portfolios, ensuring timely recovery of overdue accounts.

Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and legal counsel to facilitate resolution of delinquent accounts.

Analyze portfolio trends, prepare collection reports, and provide actionable insights to management.

Handle customer escalations and negotiate settlements, ensuring a balance between customer relationship and recovery targets.

Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards in the debt management process.

Train, mentor, and support junior team members to achieve collection targets and maintain high performance standards.

Participate in audits and implement recommendations to enhance process efficiency and risk mitigation.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in debt management, collections, or recovery services, preferably within the automotive or NBFC sector.

Strong knowledge of credit management, recovery strategies, and regulatory frameworks relevant to 2W/3W finance.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with debt management software/systems.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
