Responsibilities

Incumbent will be responsible for invoice preparation.
Tracking, handling & preparation of expenses for all vendor and auditors
Liaison with clients for invoicing related activities
Perform various analysis and not limited to:
Ageing Collection
Revenue Projection
Performa Invoice
Coordinate with client and facility to travel management for critical cases as per requirement
Submit proforma invoice on time and follow up for invoices and payments
Maintain various trackers for revenue, proposal, signed proposals
